Laser cladding assists in the repair and remanufacturing of hydraulic supports
Hydraulic support columns are key equipment in coal mines, working for extended periods in acidic and alkaline corrosive media. The column surfaces are subject to corrosion, wear, and impact. In previous years, electroplating was mostly used for the repair and remanufacturing of columns; however, the service life of repaired columns was short, the number of repairable times was low, and there were environmental pollution problems. The following describes the use of laser cladding to replace the original electroplating for column repair.
